Getting Started
How do I start using Nœma?
Download the app from the App Store, create an account or sign in, and start your 7-day free trial. Choose a technique that matches your current state and follow the guided prompts.
Which technique should I use?
If you're feeling anxious or in an active spiral, start with Cyclic Sigh. For persistent negative thoughts, try Cognitive Reappraisal. When you feel stuck or paralyzed, use Behavioral Activation.
Subscription & Billing
How does the free trial work?
New users get a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You won't be charged during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions in iOS, select Nœma, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Nœma purchase, and select "Request a Refund."
Technical Issues
The app isn't loading properly
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of iOS (15.0 or later) and the latest version of Nœma.
I'm not receiving notifications
Go to Settings > Notifications > Nœma and ensure notifications are enabled. Check that Do Not Disturb is not active during times you want to receive notifications.
My progress isn't syncing
Make sure you're signed in to your account and have an active internet connection. Your progress syncs automatically when connected to the internet.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app, tap "Account," then "Delete Account." This action is permanent and will delete all your data. You'll need to cancel your subscription separately through the App Store.
What data does Nœma collect?
We collect usage data (which techniques you use and how often), account information (email), device information, and subscription status. We do not sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
