By accessing or using the Nœma mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

Use of Service

Nœma provides science-backed techniques to help manage rumination and overthinking. By using our service, you agree to:

  Use the App only for lawful purposes

  Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

  Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

  Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

  Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or used in the App

Subscriptions and Payments

Nœma offers subscription-based access to premium features:

  Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.

  Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Billing will occur at the start of your subscription and will recur automatically unless canceled.

  Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nœma and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  All activities that occur under your account

  Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nœma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  Your use or inability to use the App

  Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

  Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
